What's Left — Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

The short version

What's Left does not collect, store, transmit, or share any of your personal or financial data. Everything you enter stays on your device and nowhere else.

Data storage

All data you enter into What's Left — including income figures, expense amounts, and spending logs — is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. This data never leaves your phone. We have no servers, no databases, and no way to access your information.

What we don't collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, financial information, or any other personal data. We do not use analytics or tracking tools. We do not use cookies.

Advertising

The free version of What's Left displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers and usage data in connection with serving ads. This is governed by Google's own privacy policy, which you can review at policies.google.com/privacy. You can remove all advertisements by purchasing the ad-free upgrade within the app.

In-app purchases

The ad-free upgrade is processed entirely by the Google Play Store. We do not handle, see, or store any payment information.

Deleting your data

Since all data is stored on your device, you can delete it at any time by using the "Reset everything" option in the app's settings, or by uninstalling the app.

Children

What's Left is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post the revised version here with an updated date. Since we don't collect contact information, we cannot notify you directly.
